Each year on the anniversary of the date of the company was incorporated,  it is required by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) to complete an Company Annual Review.

As an ASIC Registered Agent, we have been always preparing the annual review for our clients and reminding them for the ASIC payment. However, from our past experiences, some clients missed out the payment due date, and it has caused large amount of let payment penalties.

In order to avoid things like this happen again to any of our clients, from now on, we will include the ASIC company review fee into our service invoice and will make the payment to ASIC on behalf of the clients.  It will make our clients’ life much more easier.

What our clients need to do is just making sure to pay our service invoice within 7 days from receiving it, and Leader Accountancy will take the fully responsibility for the payment. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for late payment of the annual review fee.
