In the last few years, Leader Accountancy team has developed strong skill set for the following areas:
- Better business program
It is a program tailored toward small to medium businesses to grow and develop a strong internal management system. Our Better Business Program is delivered in a time frame that works for you and we offer ongoing support to ensure your action plans are implemented and goals realised.
- Education providers
RTO and other education providers, have undergone significant reform over the past five years. This has included the introduction of a demand-driven system for tertiary education, a new school funding model and policy initiatives aimed at increasing access to preschool education. While higher domestic demand for education and training is primarily attributable to population growth, the division has expanded at a faster rate than the population over the past five years. This is due to increased government funding and enrolment shifts towards more expensive providers in secondary and tertiary education. Growth in enrolments at private schools has outstripped those at public schools, and government policy has allowed students who would otherwise have studied at a vocational education and training (VET) provider to enrol at university. Leader Accountancy is here to assist in this highly regulated industry.
- Agricultural businesses
Cotton, cattle, grain are still going strong with export market. Confused with the new rulings from ATO or FIRB? We will bring you latest updates to help you growth while compliance.
- Import and Export businesses
Any industry with well reward but high risks associated. International market risk is not only related to currency, please don’t underestimate any other risks and remember to hedge! We are here to assist.
- Age care and Community services
This industry has gone through so many changes and new funding. Industry participants are expected to face considerable challenges over the next five years, as they implement and adjust operations in line with the changing environment. Players will be able to offer a greater variety of user pays services, which will be covered by extra service fees and higher accommodation payments, thereby generating more revenue. In line with governmental Ageing in Place principles (which allow a person to live in the residence of their choice for as long as possible) more services will be provided across the aged-care spectrum. In addition, industry participants may seek to diversify product offerings to include home-care packages.
